Weapon damage and Resolve requirements
Great Martyr's Blade gains 20% attack damage, while Troubador's Lute gains 100%. Caged Hystrix and Triarch Repeater no longer require a minimum amount of Resolve to fire.

Tracking, Guard, and Tarstones
Axatana, Black Needle, and Clockwork Scythe light attacks receive improved tracking. Seal Guard can now be used while walking. Parasitic Stone, Grudge Stone, Clerik's Stone, and Squall Stone are described as buffed, while Bulwark Stone's damage reduction is described as significantly increased.
The notes do not publish numerical magnitudes for those Tarstone changes, so a precise post-patch percentage table or definitive tier list cannot be supported from the available material.

What to re-check in your build
Start with tools you already own: compare the two explicit damage buffs first, then retest ranged options that were previously gated by minimum Resolve, and finally evaluate whether moving while guarding changes your defensive rhythm. This is an efficient review order, not an official build ranking.
For Tarstones, judge the in-game result rather than relying on an invented percentage. A cautious note for your own comparison should record the stone, build, enemy, and version before drawing a conclusion.

A change-by-change test plan
For Great Martyr's Blade or Troubador's Lute, compare the same attack against the same enemy and avoid mixing the published damage buff with unrelated upgrades. For Caged Hystrix or Triarch Repeater, the confirmed question is whether a minimum Resolve threshold still blocks firing, not whether total damage or ammunition economy changed.
For Axatana, Black Needle, and Clockwork Scythe, observe whether light attacks connect more reliably during normal positioning; improved tracking does not guarantee every swing will land. For Seal Guard, verify that guarding while walking fits your defensive sequence rather than assuming it replaces dodging or positioning.
For Tarstones, the notes supply names but not four numerical magnitudes, and Bulwark is only described qualitatively. Record the stone and version, compare one behavior at a time, and avoid publishing a tier ranking from wording alone. This plan is editorial guidance, not a report of tests performed by this site.
